What You'll Do

Talk with business owners and decision-makers (B2B conversations!) Collect info + submit applications to quote properly Quote, follow up, and help coordinate coverage to bind/issue policies Meet clients / coordinate locally as needed (Ohio-based) Build your underwriting/coverage knowledge as you go Track everything in our CRM (leads → quotes → bound policies) What You'll Sell Commercial Property (Fire) Commercial Auto Pay & Incentives (W-2) Base pay: $15.00/hour Plus commissions: Earn another $1000 just for hitting your goal! Commissions are uncapped Target ~5 bound commercial policies/month

Requirements

Must be able to acquire and maintain an Ohio Property & Casualty (P&C) license Strong communication + confidence speaking with business owners Reliable follow-up skills and good time management Reliable transportation (if in-person) Great For...
