Requirements

Minimum of 6 months remote call center experience or 1 year of in‐office (brick‐and‐mortar) call center experience. Ability to deliver excellent customer service, effectively addressing customer questions and concerns. Quiet, dedicated home office environment suitable for handling customer interactions.
