Evolve Health is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our growing team. The Call Center Representative is responsible for providing professional, courteous, and efficient service to customers/patients by phone and other communication channels. The representative will assist with questions, scheduling, and general requests while following company policies and procedures.. Work Location Remote: Work from home but must reside in the State of Florida

Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls promptly, professionally, and courteously while providing exceptional customer service to patients. Assist patients with questions, requests, concerns, and general information, ensuring a positive and professional experience. Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments accurately and efficiently. Route and transfer calls to the appropriate department, office, or team member as needed. Accurately document patient calls, requests, interactions, and relevant information in the appropriate system. Maintain a professional, patient-focused demeanor while handling a high volume of incoming calls. Communicate clearly and effectively with patients, providers, and internal team members to ensure requests and concerns are addressed appropriately. Job Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Previous call center or customer service experience Strong verbal and written communication skills Basic computer and typing skills Professional telephone etiquette Bilingual
