Responsibilities:

• Schedule appointments for hot leads to visit our pet retail store, ensuring optimal customer experience and personalized attention.
• Act as the initial point of contact for hot leads, providing key information, addressing questions, and offering recommendations before their store visit.
• Assist in managing customer support by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Conduct follow-up activities with leads, such as phone calls, emails, or personalized messages, to nurture relationships and drive conversions.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in lead generation, sales, or a customer-facing role is highly desirable.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and influence potential customers effectively.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests with empathy and professionalism.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven, with a desire to contribute to the growth and success of the pet retail store.

Schedule / Location (Remote position) This is a fully remote position. The Call Lead’s schedule will align with our peak business hours, including Saturdays and Sundays, with rotating weekends.
