Job Description

Insight Global’s client is seeking an experienced RN Case Manager to coordinate medical care for employees with work-related injuries. This individual will work with providers, adjusters, employers, and other stakeholders to ensure treatment is medically appropriate, cost-effective, and supports a timely return to work.

Responsibilities

Manage an average caseload of 65–70 cases Review medical records and treatment plans for medical necessity Coordinate care and monitor injured employees’ recovery Partner with providers, adjusters, and employers on treatment and return-to-work plans Document case activity and maintain regulatory and quality compliance Identify barriers to recovery and help drive claims toward resolution

Required Qualifications

Active Utah Compact RN License California RN License or currently obtaining 8+ years of clinical nursing experience 3+ years of Case Management experience BSN or equivalent experience Knowledge of workers’ compensation, utilization review, injury management, and return-to-work practices CCM certification or ability to obtain within 6–12 months Benefits $80K–$90K salary Up to 5% performance bonus 401(k) matching 18 days PTO 15–22 paid holidays Company-provided laptop and monitors Candidates located near South Jordan should expect to be in office approximately 1–2 times per month .
