Responsibilities

Monitor queues for new patient cases and manage case progression Call patients to confirm approvals/denials, copays, and pharmacy dispensing details Contact insurers to obtain and update benefit information Resolve payer/pharmacy issues and document outcomes clearly Maintain patient/provider support with empathy and professionalism Identify and submit adverse events compliantly when applicable Research potential funding/foundation support options when needed Qualifications High School Diploma/GED (required); additional education a plus Healthcare insurance, patient access, PBM, prior authorization, or appeals experience (preferred) Strong documentation, communication, and multitasking skills Strong computer skills and comfort using CRM/proprietary systems Remote readiness: quiet private workspace; hardwired broadband internet required Application requirement: laptop/desktop + Google Chrome; plan 20–30 minutes to apply
