About the Role

A skilled nursing operator in Louisiana is hiring a Centralized Admissions Director. You work from home and run admissions for all of their buildings from one seat. Every referral comes through you, and you decide who gets a bed. You work with the marketing team in each building and with the hospitals that send the patients. This role is for someone who likes to win, hits their census numbers, and wants the title and the upside that come with them. What You’ll Do - Run central intake and admissions for multiple skilled nursing buildings - Review referrals, assess clinical fit, and make fast admit decisions - Build and keep relationships with hospital case managers, discharge planners, and referral sources - Coordinate with the marketer in each building so everyone is working the same pipeline - Track referrals, admissions, and census, and report results to leadership - Grow census across all buildings What You Bring - Skilled nursing admissions experience as a Director of Admissions, central intake lead, or equivalent - Existing hospital relationships in Louisiana, preferably in the north of the state - A record of numbers you can name: admissions, census growth, and referral conversion - Working knowledge of Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and Medicaid - Comfort with a referral platform or EMR, such as PointClickCare - A direct, competitive style, and the discipline to work independently from home Nice to Have - Experience covering more than one building or working remotely - Experience working alongside marketers or liaisons - Nursing or social work background (not required) Why This Role - Remote, with no office commute and no required visits to the buildings - Salary of $65,000 - $75,000 - Real hospital relationships and census results drive your success Apply - Apply: Send your resume and tell us the census numbers you’re proudest of.
