FICA Boost works directly with business owners, CFOs, and HR teams to deliver significant financial and health benefits that reduce tax liability, improve employee retention, and enhance overall workforce health. Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a CFO/CEO Business Opportunity. The individual will provide strategic leadership, oversee financial planning, and manage financial reporting and analysis. They will work closely with FICA Boost leadership and stakeholders, guiding decision-making with financial expertise to grow the business. Additional responsibilities include supporting business development efforts, advising on cost-saving opportunities, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Qualifications

Experience with Financial Planning, Finance, and Financial Statements Expertise in Analytical Skills and Financial Reporting Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills Demonstrated leadership abilities and strategic thinking Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time capacity Prior experience in payroll tax or employee benefits programs is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
