Role Description The Chief Financial Officer at Droxen is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing all financial operations, strategy, and planning for the company. Day-to-day duties include developing and maintaining financial plans, budgets, and forecasts; managing cash flow; and ensuring accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and reports. The CFO will monitor financial performance, analyze key metrics, and provide data-driven recommendations to support strategic decision-making and sustainable growth. This role will also oversee financial controls, compliance, and risk management, collaborate closely with the leadership team, and support investor or stakeholder reporting as needed. The CFO is expected to contribute to long-term financial strategy, optimize resource allocation, and help shape the company’s overall business direction.

Qualifications

Strong foundation in Finance, including experience with corporate finance and strategic financial management. Demonstrated expertise in Financial Planning and forecasting, including budgeting, cash flow management, and long-term financial modeling. Proficiency in preparing, reviewing, and interpreting Financial Statements and Financial Reporting for internal and external stakeholders. Advanced Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and present clear, actionable insights. Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role, ideally as a CFO or equivalent in a growth-oriented or tech/eCommerce company. Knowledge of SaaS, agency, or eCommerce business models and related metrics is highly beneficial. Strong understanding of financial controls, compliance, and risk management practices. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and executive leadership. Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, demonstrating autonomy, accountability, and reliable time management. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA) or professional certification (CPA, CFA) is a plus.
