Role Description The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing all financial operations and strategy for Imperium Worx Digital. The CFO will manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and long-term financial planning to support sustainable growth in mobile and web development and lead generation services. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations. The CFO will collaborate with executive leadership to evaluate investments, optimize resource allocation, and support pricing and profitability decisions. This role also includes establishing robust internal controls, mentoring finance team members, and providing clear, data-informed recommendations to guide strategic initiatives and operational improvements.

Qualifications

Strong foundation in Finance and Financial Planning, with the ability to develop and execute short- and long-term financial strategies. Demonstrated experience managing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting, including compliance with applicable standards and regulatory requirements. Advanced Analytical Skills, with a track record of using data to drive decision-making, risk assessment, and performance optimization. Extensive experience in senior financial leadership roles, preferably within technology, digital services, or related industries. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA, or MBA) are highly beneficial. Proficiency in financial systems, ERP tools, and spreadsheet software; familiarity with SaaS or project-based revenue models is an advantage. Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to thrive in a remote, cross-functional environment. Proven ability to build and maintain internal controls, manage risk, and support organizational scalability and operational efficiency.
