Role Description The Chief of Staff is a full-time, remote role that supports the executive leadership team, with a primary focus on the CEO, to drive strategic initiatives and organizational alignment. In this position, the Chief of Staff will manage executive priorities, coordinate cross-functional projects, and ensure effective communication and follow-through on key decisions. Daily responsibilities include organizing and facilitating leadership meetings, preparing briefings and reports, tracking progress on strategic goals, and identifying risks or blockers. The role also involves building and refining operational processes, supporting budget and resource planning, and partnering with team leads to translate strategy into clear, actionable plans. The Chief of Staff will serve as a trusted advisor, acting as a connector between stakeholders, and helping maintain a culture of transparency, accountability, and high performance across the organization.

Qualifications

Strategic planning, prioritization, and organizational skills to manage complex initiatives and executive workflows. Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills for coordinating across teams and levels. Experience in project management, process improvement, and operational efficiency in fast-paced environments. Analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. Comfort working with technology-driven products or AI-focused organizations, with the ability to learn new tools quickly. Proven experience in a Chief of Staff, operations, management consulting, or similar strategic role. Ability to work independently in a remote setting, demonstrating discretion, reliability, and sound judgment. Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field; advanced degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
