Position Overview We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Chief Operating Officer to oversee daily operations, develop scalable business processes, and support the company's expansion into financial services and emerging markets. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred. 10+ years of experience in business operations or executive management. 5+ years of senior leadership experience preferred. Experience in financial services, FinTech, or investment-related industries is an advantage. Strong leadership, strategic planning, and financial management skills.
