About the Role

We are looking for a Chief Operating Officer to manage business operations, strengthen organizational performance, and support sustainable growth. This role works closely with the CEO and department leaders to improve processes, allocate resources, and ensure the company operates efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Direct daily operations and coordinate activities across departments. Develop operational plans aligned with company goals. Lead department heads and support cross-functional collaboration. Monitor budgets, costs, and key performance indicators. Identify process improvements and implement operational solutions. Oversee resource planning, staffing, and operational priorities. Evaluate business performance and address operational challenges. Provide regular updates and recommendations to the CEO.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. 10+ years of operations or business management experience. Demonstrated success leading teams and improving business performance. Strong financial management, strategic planning, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

MBA or equivalent advanced qualification. Experience in senior executive leadership.
