Role Description The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing Dimacari’s daily operations and ensuring efficient, scalable processes across all business functions. This role includes designing and implementing operational strategies, supervising key departments, and aligning resources to support company objectives and customer satisfaction. The COO will collaborate closely with the executive team on business planning, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives. Day-to-day tasks involve setting operational KPIs, managing budgets, analyzing performance data, and optimizing workflows with suppliers and internal teams. The COO will also support risk management, compliance, and the development of policies that foster a high-performing, customer-focused culture.

Qualifications

Strong Business Planning and strategic leadership skills to guide growth and long-term vision. Proven experience in Operations Management, including process optimization and organizational efficiency. Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, evaluate performance, and support data-driven decisions. Solid understanding of Finance and Budgeting to manage resources, costs, and financial performance. Demonstrated experience in a senior operations or executive role, preferably in mobility, travel, or service industries. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration abilities in a remote environment. Ability to lead distributed teams, drive change, and build scalable systems and processes. Bachelor’s degree in business, management, finance, or a related field; advanced degree is an advantage.
