Role Description The Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) is a full-time, remote role responsible for defining and driving the long-term strategic direction of Q COSMETICS INC. The CSO will lead strategic planning processes, evaluate market trends in cosmetic and medical services, and identify growth opportunities across existing and new service lines. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing business planning initiatives, collaborating with executive leadership on organizational goals, and aligning strategy with financial performance and operational capabilities. The CSO will also develop metrics to track strategic outcomes, guide resource allocation, and coordinate cross-functional projects to enhance market positioning, brand awareness, and patient/client experience. This role requires regular communication with senior leaders and key stakeholders to ensure clear, data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

Strong strategic and business planning capabilities, including experience in Strategic Planning and Business Planning. Demonstrated executive management experience with a track record of leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders (Executive Management). Advanced analytical skills, including the ability to interpret complex data, conduct market and competitive analysis, and translate insights into actionable strategies (Analytical Skills). Solid understanding of finance, budgeting, and financial modeling to support strategic decisions and assess business performance (Finance). Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate strategy clearly to diverse audiences. Proven experience in healthcare, aesthetics, or related industries is highly beneficial. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred. Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
