You’ll be trusted to work autonomously, supported with training where needed, and given a clear runway for progression as the team grows. This is a remote role across the US, with travel to the Maine office approximately once every month / 6 weeks to stay connected with the team and support key collaboration. You’ll design bridge and crossing solutions (including smaller structures that many engineers overlook), work closely with clients and partners, and support presentations as the product gains interest across the US and beyond. This role would suit a Bridge/Structural Engineer with AASHTO experience who wants more responsibility, technical variety, and a genuine opportunity to grow with the business.
