We are looking to expand our team of expert consultants with 15 lawyers with experience in civil litigation. This is part-time, fully remote work supporting frontier AI research at top US AI labs. Projects start at $150–200 USD / hour, with higher rates for very well credentialed lawyers. Who We're Looking For You are a practicing US attorney with 3+ years of recent or current experience in civil litigation. Ideal backgrounds include Commercial litigators who have handled contract, business tort, partnership, or shareholder disputes Trial lawyers who have taken cases through dispositive motions, trial, or arbitration hearings, on either the plaintiff or defense side Attorneys with class action, mass tort, or complex multi-party litigation experience Appellate lawyers who have briefed and argued cases in state or federal appellate courts Former federal or state court law clerks with substantive civil docket experience

Minimum Qualifications

Fluent English reading and writing skills Based in the United States JD from a reputable law school and currently practicing 3+ years of recent experience in civil litigation
