The company has a significant national presence with over 225 retail stores, 200 educational representatives, and 250 affiliate locations, forming the largest band and orchestra instrument retail network in the United States. About the Opportunity: The CLIENT EXPERIENCE AGENT role is essential for handling customer inquiries and supporting sales related to rental accounts and web purchases. This position ensures customer satisfaction by efficiently managing calls from individual customers, retail stores, and affiliates, contributing directly to the organization's customer service and operational success. Responsibilities: Manage incoming calls regarding rental accounts, tuition, payoff quotes, rental credit, and related issues. Assist customers with web purchases and sales inquiries. Determine appropriate call routing when issues fall outside the call center's scope. Maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor as a representative of the program. Engage in ongoing learning of training and promotional materials. Provide timely problem resolution through research or by involving other support offices. Apply suggestive selling techniques to promote products and services during eligible calls. Work scheduled shifts and participate in overtime as needed. Requirements: High school diploma or GED. Minimum two years of office environment experience. Experience in a call center or with multi-line phone systems. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Word; intermediate Excel skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively. Reliable attendance and ability to work independently, including remotely. Willingness to work seasonal overtime. Bilingual Spanish and English skills are a plus. Pay Range and Compensation Package: Pay rate ranges from $16 to $17 per hour, depending on location, background, and experience.
