Job Overview Our client is looking for a Client Fulfillment Operations Assistant to manage customer support, process orders, and handle general administrative duties. This position requires strong attention to detail, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and effective B2B communication skills to support pharmaceutical and corporate clients in a remote environment. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM CST, with 1 hour break (40 work hours per week) Responsibilities: Manage shared customer support email inbox and maintain visibility for internal teams. Process order requests, fulfillment tasks, and manage data updates via internal MIS system. Handle event item requests and coordinate details for pharmaceutical and corporate clients. Communicate professionally with B2B clients via email and eventually phone or chat. Run reports, generate shipping labels, and handle general administrative duties using Excel. Shadow senior team members and learn proprietary applications over a 1-year period. Maintain flexibility to take on evolving tasks within fulfillment and customer management operations. Requirements: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Teams. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot client fulfillment requests. Willingness to commit long-term for extensive proprietary software training. Reliable computer setup and high-speed internet connection for remote work via VPN.
