For our client, we are seeking a Client Services Project Manager to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role is focused on coordinating client service delivery across multiple projects in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment. The ideal candidate will serve as a key point of contact for clients while helping ensure timelines, quality standards, and project requirements are met from planning through production. Strong communication and organizational skills will be essential for building trust, resolving issues proactively, and supporting consistent execution. Location: Remote Compensation: $100,000 – $115,000 annually

Responsibilities

Act as the primary liaison for key client representatives to manage service delivery Enhance client satisfaction through effective coordination of deliverables Execute project forecasts and schedules as directed by senior management Verify and communicate project requirements to ensure quality and accuracy Proactively address client issues and escalate when necessary Maintain up-to-date records on project statuses Demonstrate leadership and professionalism in delivering project objectives

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of project management experience in eDiscovery or litigation support Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong oral and written communication skills for effective leadership Excellent client relationship management skills with a proactive approach Understanding of database design, data processing, and legal document review requirements Demonstrated project control from planning to production
