Clinical Supervisor (LCSW)

Remote · Qatar Full-time

About Correctional Healthcare Partners Correctional Healthcare Partners (CHP Health) is a company dedicated to providing healthcare services to the incarcerated, and we're growing. We exist because the people inside county jails still deserve real healthcare — and the counties that serve them deserve a partner who shows up, owns the outcome, and gets the work right. We deliver medical, mental health, and dental care across jails and detention facilities in California and Washington, and we do it with clinicians who chose this setting and a leadership team that supports the mission. Position Summary The Clinical Supervisor is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who provides individual and group clinical supervision to associate-level mental health clinicians delivering behavioral health services within juvenile detention facilities. This fully remote, independent contractor position supports clinicians working with justice-involved adolescents and young adults who present with complex mental health, behavioral, and trauma-related needs. The Clinical Supervisor will provide clinical guidance, support professional development, and ensure supervision practices comply with the requirements established by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS). Position Type: Independent Contractor (1099) Location: 100% Remote Schedule: Flexible, based on supervision requirements and clinician availability Compensation: $125-160/hr, based on qualifications, experience, and contracted supervision services. Essential Responsibilities Provide individual and group clinical supervision to associate-level clinicians in accordance with California BBS requirements. Support the development of clinical competencies in assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, therapeutic interventions, crisis management, and ethical decision-making. Provide consultation and guidance on complex clinical presentations, including trauma, behavioral dysregulation, substance use, and co-occurring mental health conditions. Assist supervisees in navigating clinical challenges unique to juvenile detention and correctional environments. Review clinical cases, documentation, and treatment approaches to promote evidence-based, culturally responsive, and ethically sound practices. Monitor supervisee progress, provide constructive feedback, and evaluate clinical competency and professional development. Maintain required supervision documentation, complete applicable BBS forms, and verify supervised experience hours in accordance with regulatory requirements. Collaborate with program leadership as appropriate to address clinical training needs, supervisee performance concerns, and quality of care.
