  • Conducting Quality Assurance checks on clinical diagnostic reports to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to professional standards
  • Delivering high-quality diagnostic assessments alongside team leadership responsibilities
  • Working collaboratively with HR and the Team Manager to plan, coordinate, and participate in the interview process for clinical roles

  • Minimum of 2 years experience conducting diagnostic assessments for autism and/or ADHD in children and young people
  • Experience in delivering clinical supervision
  • Experience supporting service delivery and workflow management
  • Strong understanding of differential diagnosis in neurodevelopmental presentations
  • In-depth knowledge of DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for autism and ADHD

  • In-house IT and operational support, so you're never left troubleshooting alone

Benefits

  • A values-led culture where clinical excellence, compassion, and staff wellbeing come first
  • Continued professional development, clinical supervision, and reflective practice to support the ongoing development of your clinical skills
