Commercial Counsel Qualifications Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school and active membership in at least one U.S. state bar. Over 5 years of experience as a corporate or commercial attorney, ideally with SaaS, privacy, or security law focus. Proven ability to negotiateйә contracts, streamline processes, and mitigate legal risks. Strong research, analytical, and communication skillsstrain, with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
