With more than 500 years of collective experience, our team leads complex energy developments from inception through construction, bringing deep knowledge across engineering, real estate, business development, and finance while leveraging strong relationships with developers, owners, financial institutions, and property owners nationwide. We are looking for a Construction Superintendent with strong experience to support utility-scale renewable projects including solar, BESS, and wind. Supporting team development by sharing knowledge, coordinating across disciplines, and contributing to operational improvements. Who You Are Experienced construction professional with background and familiarity with solar, BESS, or wind projects. Skilled at coordinating multiple trades and managing electrical scopes in a fast-paced field environment. Strong communicator who builds trust with EPC partners, utilities, and internal teams.
