You will receive training, coaching and supervised work on real client projects. Prior consulting or professional experience is not required. • Houston participants must live locally and be available for in-person learning and project work.
• Remote participants must be available for an agreed overlap with US business hours.
• This is a fixed-term program and a permanent role is not guaranteed. At 12 months, we review performance, learning progress, delivery quality and business needs, and strong performers may be offered a full-time role at Digineox.

What you will do

• Learn to analyze business problems, ask useful questions and develop practical solutions.
• Support client and internal projects through research, data analysis, process mapping and documentation.
• Help capture requirements, test solutions and prepare presentations and training materials.
• Build project management skills by tracking tasks, actions and deadlines and reporting progress.
• Learn how digital tools and AI can improve business processes and use them responsibly.
