Key Responsibilities

Lead NetSuite optimization, reporting enhancements, system cleanup, and process improvements as the organization's Controller. Oversee international consolidations and financial reporting across multiple global entities. Drive timely monthly close processes and deliver accurate, actionable financial insights. Modernize the chart of accounts, improve financial systems, and strengthen data integrity. Partner with leadership on acquisition planning, integration efforts, and long-term growth initiatives. Mentor accounting team members while helping build and scale the finance function. Qualifications 5+ years of experience serving as a Controller or senior accounting leader within multinational organizations. Deep hands-on NetSuite expertise, including system administration, reporting, optimization, and process design. Proven success as a Controller leading financial transformation and process improvement initiatives. Strong background in consolidations, multi-entity reporting, and international accounting operations. Ability to operate as both a strategic and hands-on Controller in a fast-growing environment.
