Primary Location: Remote V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Conversational Design (Remote) for our premier client. Education And Experience Content strategy, management, and UX writing experience Leadership roles in building and managing AI tools for content teams, including developing usage guidelines, principles, and best practices Strong and demonstrated background in content management in an Agile delivery model and a track record of shipping high impact outcomes in a fast-moving and changing environment Experience creating and managing prompt libraries and establishing AI quality tracking systems Demonstrated working knowledge of or practice in Figma Successful track record of creative problem-solving across cross-functional partners to drive best-in-class thinking from all parts of the organization while leading all phases of the content workstreams Demonstrated experience contributing to AI governance frameworks and best practices with an openness to partner and collaborate with various stakeholders across the enterprise. Create and execute plans that deliver this vision in a scalable way, taking agentic AI into account. Advocate for human-centered design, communicating ideas and concepts clearly to audiences of all levels of understanding and seniority.
