Position: General Counsel Type: Contract Compensation: $90 - $200/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10 - 40 hours/week Role Responsibilities Perform simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises Review and assess AI responses to contract scenarios Create evaluation frameworks to assess AI performance on contract tasks Collaborate with product and research teams on data guidelines Provide expert feedback to improve model performance and precision Negotiate contracts, focusing on technology transactions Maintain meticulous attention to detail in written and verbal communication

Requirements
