Job Title: Product Change Manager - Commercialization Location: East Hanover, NJ 07936 – Open to Remote or Hybrid both Duration: 7 Months contract w/possible extension Work Hours:9am-5 pm EST, 8 hours per day, 5 days per week What you will bring 2+ years’ experience in project coordination, execution, or product commercialization within FMCG or related industries. Bachelor`s degree in Business, Engineering, Food Science, or related field. Foundational knowledge of project management processes and tools. Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities and timelines. Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. PMP certificate is a plus. MS Project knowledge is a plus. Please see the below clarification on the experience that we are looking for with this role: Experience managing either a single or multiple projects from start to finish, end to end, in a fast paced environment. Project management software: MS project preferred with Teams and Outlook. If they have worked with Smart Sheet, Asana, Acolade, Monday, etc. this gives me a sense they understand PM tools and how they can be used to manage a project. PMP certificate or training CPG project management – does not need to be food Stagegate: participate in a stage gate process (formal or informal) moving projects along an approval process to move to the next project phase Presentation: Experience presenting to Leadership to inform and drive project approval or decision Leading meeting with the cross functional team: Preparing agendas, leading meetings, delivering action items, holding team accountable for action items
