Job Summary The Creative Strategist + Performance Marketer develops and manages paid advertising campaigns, specifically Meta. This role combines creative content sourcing and development with hands-on ad execution and ownership of campaign performance. Candidate will own the Meta ad channel with an expectation to scale to $1000/day ad spend + 3x ROAS. Significant portion of compensation will be based on ad performance resuts (ROAS). Duties Manage Meta paid advertising campaigns. Create and source content for advertising campaigns. Execute ads and monitor performance. Own the Meta ads profit and loss (P&L). Your impact: . Requirements 1–5 years hands on experience managing Meta ads. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Digital Marketing. Strong experience with Meta ad management. Ability to create and source advertising content. Understanding of campaign performance and contribution margin. Pay: $75,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
