Overview

Responsibilities

  • Support strike staffing and other urgent deployments, including accelerated credentialing, document collection, readiness tracking, and coordination with deployment teams. This may require travel to provide on-site credentialing and onboarding support when assigned, including assistance with clinician check-in, documentation, and issue resolution during strike or other business needs.
  • Complete cross-training and maintain proficiency across assigned functions. Identify process gaps, share knowledge, and assist with projects and other credentialing duties as needed.
  • Meet quality, service, productivity, and turnaround expectations for each assignment while protecting confidential clinician and client information.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date placement statuses and checklists in applicable systems, including timely updates for terminations, backouts, and cancellations, ensuring all information remains complete, current, and reliable for stakeholders to make informed decisions.
