Responsibilities: Research and collect court documents and criminal records. Review and interpret legal documents, court orders, and sentencing records. Communicate with courts and local and state law enforcement agencies. Enter and maintain accurate information in designated databases and web portals. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Requirements: Bachelor's degree required; equivalent work experience may be considered. A master's degree is preferred. Experience in data entry, data collection, or records processing. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with court documents, criminal history records, conviction and sentencing records, or legal research.
