Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and results-driven CRM Analytics Engineer to support and evolve our analytics infrastructure within Salesforce CRM Analytics (formerly Tableau CRM / Einstein Analytics).This role will play a critical part in ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of our data and reporting solutions that power business decisions across marketing, sales, and customer success.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Build :Develop and maintain datasets, lenses, dashboards, and recipes in Salesforce CRM Analytics.Data Management :Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance across multiple sources integrated into CRM Analytics.Dashboard Development :Design and implement interactive dashboards that provide stakeholders and customers with actionable insights.Requirements Definition :Work closely with product owners and technical teams to translate business needs into tangible requirements and then into analytics solutions.Data Connections :Manage and optimize connections from several data sources (SQL Server, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.) to CRM-AAutomation & Efficiency :Implement best practices for data refresh schedules, security predicates, and recipe optimizations.Quality Assurance :Conduct testing, validation, and documentation of analytics solutions.Innovation & Improvement :Stay updated on Salesforce CRM Analytics features and recommend enhancements to improve business insights.QualificationsEducation :Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).Experience :years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM / Einstein Analytics).Strong knowledge of Salesforce data architecture (objects, fields, security, sharing rules).Experience with SAQL, JSON, and recipes for data manipulation.Proven experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics (formerly Tableau CRM / Einstein Analytics)CRMA and Einstein Discovery Certification preferredStrong skills in data modeling, data transformation, and dashboard developmentProficiency with Salesforce Data Manager, recipe builder, and Salesforce Analytics Query Language(SAQL)Experience in Agile / Scrum methodologiesSolid understanding of data governance, quality, and performance best practicesExcellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.LI-KSLI-REMOTE.
