About the Opportunity: The CRM & LIFECYCLE MARKETING SPECIALIST - GROWTH MARKETING is responsible for developing and optimizing customer relationship management strategies targeted at e-commerce and direct-to-consumer brands. This role focuses on driving advertiser activation, engagement, performance, retention, and reactivation through data-driven and multi-channel marketing approaches. The position contributes to building scalable marketing processes that improve revenue and operational efficiency. Responsibilities: Manage activation and onboarding of new advertisers to ensure successful campaign launches. Drive engagement and campaign performance to achieve measurable advertiser success. Develop retention and win-back strategies to reactivate paused advertisers. Execute targeted outbound marketing to attract new advertisers using intent signals. Utilize multiple channels including email, SMS, LinkedIn, and direct mail for outreach. Maintain and optimize segmentation, triggers, and integration between data platforms and CRM tools. Requirements: 2–4 years of experience in lifecycle and CRM marketing. Demonstrated ability to deliver results with measurable campaign impact. Strong initiative, creativity, and problem-solving skills. Experience with multi-channel campaign execution including writing and design. Proficient in building marketing logic including segmentation and automation triggers. Hands-on experience with AI tools for content creation and campaign development. Technical proficiency with HubSpot, Salesforce, SQL, and analytics tools like PostHog. Ability to work independently as an individual contributor.
