The role involves troubleshooting complex licensing issues, ensuring release readiness through end-to-end testing, and collaborating with network and infrastructure teams to align licensing with real-world deployments. The candidate will also drive analytics, reporting, and continuous improvement across Licensing Infrastructure & Operations (LIO). Mandatory Requirements: Strong hands-on experience with Cisco Smart Licensing, Smart Accounts, and CSSM Proven experience in L2 support and escalation handling for licensing or network environments Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, firewall, proxy) Experience with Cisco platforms such as Catalyst, Nexus, ISR/ASR, SD-WAN (Viptela), ASA/FTD, WLC Expertise in troubleshooting license registration, synchronization, and compliance issues Experience in test lifecycle management (test case creation, BAT/UAT execution, regression testing) Strong knowledge of incident management, root cause analysis, and defect triage Ability to coordinate release readiness activities (risk assessment, rollback, validation) Experience with tools like JIRA, test repositories, dashboards, and reporting tools
