• Customer Interaction: Respond to inquiries via phone and email from brighthush customers who have dental insurance products or benefit plans. Deliver clear, concise, and accurate information while maintaining a friendly, professional tone.
• Claims & Coverage Support: Research and resolve questions related to policy provisions, claim status, basic procedures, and coverage eligibility. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams and track resolution status.
