About the Role

We are seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join a remote client services team. This position focuses on helping individuals and families understand their available benefit options, answering questions, guiding clients through applications and enrollment, and providing ongoing support. You will communicate with clients through scheduled phone calls and virtual meetings, explain benefit programs and coverage information, and assist with documentation and service requests. No previous industry experience is required, as training, coaching, and ongoing support are provided to help you learn the role and develop professionally.

Key Responsibilities

Host scheduled phone and video appointments with clients. Discuss clients’ needs and priorities to understand how to assist them. Review available benefit programs and coverage information. Answer client questions clearly and professionally. Guide clients through the application process. Assist with enrollment and required documentation. Support existing clients with benefit reviews, updates, and service requests. Follow up after appointments when additional assistance is needed. Maintain organized and accurate client records. Build trusted client relationships through consistent communication. Participate in virtual training, coaching, and team development.

Required Qualifications

Strong verbal communication skills and a professional approach. A genuine interest in helping people and providing quality service. Comfort communicating with clients by phone and video. Ability to stay organized and manage schedules independently. Initiative, accountability, and consistent follow-through. Willingness to learn new technology and online platforms. Ability to respond positively to training, feedback, and coaching. Willingness to complete any licensing requirements associated with the position.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, sales, or another client-focused environment may be helpful but is not required.
