This is not a sales role — you'll help policyholders understand what's needed, answer basic questions, and keep the process moving, all while accurately documenting each interaction in Microsoft Dynamics. What You'll Do: Make outbound calls regarding pending insurance information and missing documentation. Return voicemails and respond to basic customer emails in a timely, professional manner. What We're Looking For: Professional, friendly phone presence with strong verbal and written communication skills. Confidence making high volume outbound calls. Ability to stay composed and be persistent with frustrated or hesitant customers. Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation. Comfortable learning new software. Ability to work in a remote setting with reliable internet and no distractions. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Preferred Experience: Customer service or call center experience. Experience with CRM systems, specifically Microsoft Dynamics. Insurance industry background. Insurance experience is a plus, not a requirement — we'll train the right person on our process.
