Skills/Experience To Be Successful In This Role

• Experience in a high call volume Tier1 or 2 setting
• Ability to troubleshoot software, hardware and network issues
• Tech support in a college of university setting would be helpful
• Experience with Learning Management Systems such as reputed company, reputed company or reputed company would be helpful
• Self-directed learner
• Ability to support multiple customers via email, phone and chat

What You’ll Do

• Provide reputed company technical support for software, hardware, and connectivity issues
• Assist with password resets, software installations, VPN setups, and general troubleshooting

• Maintain clear, professional communication in both Spanish and English across all customer interactions
