We’re growing fast and looking for passionate people to join us on our journey. 🚀 About the job Schedule: Monday-Friday 9A-5:30P (Remote) About the Job Assists Patients, Organizations, Sales and the Pharmacy by performing the following duties: Key Responsibilities Ensures security of Protected Health Information as per HIPAA requirements. Answers incoming calls from 8A-5:30PM EST (hours subject to change based on business need). Resolve escalated issues utilizing AnazaoHealth’s SOP. Outbound calls and other assignments within Customer Service as assigned. Works confirmation by triaging work to various work areas. Works in pharmacy on location as needed to meet business needs. Set yourself apart Basic Qualifications High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office 365 Suite, Microsoft Teams, and the ability to type accurately and efficiently. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Active/current Pharmacy Technician License required. Registration(s) required by state in which pharmacy is located. Working Conditions This position requires sitting for extended periods of time including majority of shifts. This position requires looking at a computer and typing for the majority of shift. This position is a remote position but is subject to change based on business need. Employees will be required to read small print. Employee will be required to provide a HIPPA compliant work area. What's on offer?
