About the Role

Seren Vita Healthcare is hiring a Customer Service Support Representative to join its remote team on a full-time basis. The role involves responding to customer inquiries, resolving routine concerns, handling support requests, and maintaining accurate customer records across phone, email, and online channels. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required, and paid onboarding and role-specific training are provided.

Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly to customer questions and service requests. Provide accurate information and resolve routine customer concerns. Handle phone calls, emails, and support tickets professionally. Document customer interactions and update records accurately. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary. Follow company procedures and maintain customer confidentiality. Collaborate with team members in a remote work environment.

Required Qualifications

Strong written and verbal communication skills. A customer-service mindset and professional attitude. Basic computer and internet skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required. Entry-level to mid-level candidates are welcome to apply.
