Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support through phone, email, chat, and other communication channels while delivering a positive customer experience.

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries by providing accurate information and resolving concerns efficiently.

• Process customer requests, account updates, orders, returns, cancellations, and other service-related transactions.

• Document customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-up activities accurately within CRM or ticketing systems.

• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department while ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.

• Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of company products, services, and policies to effectively assist customers.

• Meet or exceed established key performance indicators (KPIs), including customer satisfaction, quality, response time, and productivity goals.

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and improve service delivery.

• Identify recurring customer issues and recommend improvements to enhance the customer experience.

• Perform additional customer service and administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative, Customer Support Representative, or similar role in a remote or BPO environment.

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

• Strong customer service, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.

• Experience using CRM systems, ticketing platforms, or customer support software.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other productivity tools.

• Ability to multitask and manage customer interactions efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently while maintaining high-quality customer service.

• Positive, customer-focused attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.

• Reliable computer, high-speed internet connection, noise-canceling headset, and dedicated home office setup.
