Do you like helping people and solving problems? Customer Contact Services (CCS) is hiring remote Customer Service Representatives to support CTI, our automotive division. CTI partners with car dealerships nationwide to handle inbound calls, run outbound campaigns, and book service appointments, helping dealerships stay connected with their customers and run more efficiently. No automotive experience needed. We'll teach you everything you need to know about the dealership side. What you bring is customer service skill, a professional phone presence, and comfort with computers. This is a fully remote position. You'll need your own computer and home office setup that meets our equipment requirements (listed below).
