What You’ll Do

• Answer and Resolve Client Inquiries: Serve as the first point of contact for policyholders, providing clear, accurate information about coverage, benefits, and policy details.
• Policy Administration: Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and updates, ensuring all documentation is processed accurately and efficiently.
• Claims Support: Guide policyholders through the claims process, from initial filing to final resolution, coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
• Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous records of all customer interactions in our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with agents, underwriters, and support staff to deliver seamless service and identify opportunities for cross‑sell and upsell.
• Community Outreach: Represent brighthush at local events, workshops, and seminars, fostering relationships with community members and potential clients.

Essential Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a natural ability to build rapport.
• Detail‑oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast‑moving environment.
• Prior customer‑service experience in insurance or a related field is highly desirable.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience using CRM platforms.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus; bilingual candidates will receive special consideration.

We operate Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with flexible scheduling options for the right candidate. Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Rate: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour, commensurate with experience and performance.
