About us :At Remote Talent LATAM, we connect top Latin American talent with leading U.S.marketing agencies.We guide businesses and candidates through every step of the hiring process, ensuring the perfect match in skills, culture, and goals.While we're not direct employers, we act as a trusted partner, bridging the gap between exceptional talent and growing opportunitiesOur Client :Our client is an independent insurance agency based in San Diego, CA.While they specialize in commercial trucking and workers' compensation, they also support families with their personal insurance needs.Their mission is to deliver trusted, client-first service by combining deep insurance expertise with a personalized approach.What you will do :We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Personal Lines to join our client's team on a part-time, remote basis.This role is ideal for someone based in Latin America with prior U.S.insurance experience who can manage day-to-day client servicing for Personal Lines (auto, home, renters, umbrella).You will serve as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring timely service and strong retention, while supporting the senior team in focusing on commercial accounts.Responsibilities :Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat for Personal Lines policies.Process endorsements, cancellations, ID cards, and certificates accurately and promptly.Assist with renewals by gathering documents, remarketing policies, and preparing quotes.Liaise with carriers regarding billing, coverage, and claims support.Maintain accurate client and policy records in carrier portals and CASA's CRM (Monday.com).Provide proactive follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and retention.Support the CS&O Lead with onboarding, documentation, and additional tasks as needed.RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience at an insurance agency or carrier (Personal Lines strongly preferred).Hands-on experience with U.S.Personal Lines (auto, home, renters, umbrella).Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).Bilingual English / Spanish strongly preferred.Tech-savvy :comfortable with carrier portals and CRM systems (Monday.com experience a plus).Reliable internet and ability to work fixed Pacific Time hours.Detail-oriented, self-managed, and able to work independently.Prior remote / virtual CSR experience is a plus.BenefitsSchedule :Monday-Friday, 10 :00 AM - 3 :00 PM U.S.Pacific Time (25 hours / week).Compensation :$550 USD per month.Location :Remote, based in Latin America.Benefits :This is a part-time contractor role with no additional benefits.Probation :90 days; continuation is contingent upon meeting performance expectationsLocation :100% remote, open to candidates based in LATAMContract :Independent ContractorThis position is only open to candidates residing in Latin American (LATAM) countries, such as : Applications from candidates outside LATAM (including the U.S.and other regions) will not be considered.?
