Key Responsibilities

A Day in the Role You'll take inbound calls and make outbound calls, answering questions and resolving concerns for customers seeking help with their utility costs. You'll walk callers through applications for assistance programs, review their income documentation, and make sure everything is processed accurately so eligibility can be determined. Along the way, you'll keep clear, organized customer records and work closely with your teammates and supervisors to hit program goals.
