Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:- Answer 40-50 inbound calls per day
- Take payments
- Update demographics
- Provide claim status
- Explain copays/deductibles
- Meet productivity & KPI metrics
- Excellent written communication
- Phone etiquette
- Problem solving
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Self-Managed
- Keen attention to detail
- Healthcare experience
- Ability to simultaneously use multiple programs.
Job Type
- Full-time – Monday through Friday, 9am – 5:30pm
- #LI- Remote
Experience
- Customer Service experience within the healthcare industry (Required)
- Ability to interpret/explain an EOB
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
