Duties and Responsibilities Answer incoming calls, make outbound calls, and return customer voicemails. Identify customer needs, research issues, resolve complaints, and provide solutions. Review applications for qualifications and work with customers to ensure applications are complete. Process and approve applications and create leads in the database utilizing data entry skills. Build positive relationships by going above and beyond with customer service, ensuring that all questions, concerns, and complaints are handled appropriately. Utilize our phone scripts and email templates and adapt them to fit the situation.
