Responsibilities

Support clients with coordinating trip components such as airfare, hotels, cruises, and activity reservations Provide helpful suggestions based on traveler interests and planning goals Respond to client questions throughout the trip preparation process Maintain communication through email, messaging tools, and phone when appropriate Work alongside supplier partners to confirm reservation details Keep itinerary information accurate within internal coordination platforms Stay current on destination highlights, travel updates, and promotional opportunities Assist travelers during multiple stages leading up to departure

Qualifications
