D365 CE Technical-Functional Consultant 100% remote (Europe) | 6 Months Initially We can hire in these countires: Slovakia, Poland, Spain, Turkey, France & Germany We are looking for an experienced D365 CE Technical-Functional Consultant to join a global CRM team. This is a fully remote opportunity for candidates based in Europe and would suit someone who enjoys working across both the functional and technical sides of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE . The role is particularly suited to a consultant who can understand business requirements, shape solutions with stakeholders and also get hands-on with the D365 CE platform and Power Platform. The Role You will join an established CRM team supporting a stable D365 CE environment while also contributing to a number of ongoing enhancement and transformation initiatives. A key focus will be supporting CRM consolidation and other emerging initiatives , working within a delivery-focused environment where priorities may evolve as projects progress. You will work independently and be expected to take ownership of your area, collaborating with business stakeholders, Product Owners, developers and wider technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

Work across D365 CE Sales and Customer Service , supporting both functional and technical requirements. Analyse business processes and translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, process maps and acceptance criteria. Work directly with stakeholders to understand requirements and identify opportunities for improvement. Configure and extend D365 CE, including tables, forms, views, business rules, workflows and business process flows. Develop and support Power Automate / Cloud Flow solutions. Support CRM enhancements and ongoing platform optimisation. Work alongside technical teams to design and deliver effective D365 CE solutions. Support integrations between D365 CE and other enterprise applications. Contribute to CRM consolidation and other projects as they develop. Maintain clear technical and functional documentation. Work independently while collaborating effectively with the wider CRM team.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who combines strong D365 CE functional knowledge with hands-on technical capability . Essential Strong commercial experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM . Strong experience across D365 CE Sales and/or Customer Service . Demonstrable experience working in both functional consulting and technical/development environments . Experience delivering D365 CE enhancements or project work. Strong Power Automate / Cloud Flow experience. Good understanding of Dataverse . Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into practical D365 solutions. Experience working directly with business stakeholders. Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables. Previous experience in a consultancy, implementation or project delivery environment .
